We collect: account information (name, email, username, password); profile content (avatar, bio, posts, videos); purchase and payment data; device and usage data (IP address, browser, app activity); and communications you send us.

We use your data to: provide and improve the Tago platform; process transactions; send service and marketing communications (with your consent); detect and prevent fraud; and comply with legal obligations.

We process your data on the following bases: Contract — to provide the service you signed up for; Legitimate Interests — for fraud prevention and platform improvement; Consent — for marketing emails and optional cookies; Legal Obligation — where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted processors (cloud infrastructure, payment processors, analytics providers) under strict data processing agreements. We may disclose data to law enforcement if required by law.

Account data is retained for the life of your account plus 2 years. Transaction records are kept for 7 years for legal compliance. You may request deletion at any time (see Your Rights below).

Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access your data; rectify inaccuracies; erase your data (“right to be forgotten”); restrict processing; data portability; and object to processing. To exercise any right, submit a request at tago.app/legal/data-request or email privacy@tago.savhfresh.co.uk.
