Tago is a social commerce platform operated by Savhfresh Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, with its principal place of business at 25 Pendragon Apartments, 57-60 Clarence Parade, Southsea, PO5 2HR (“we”, “us”, “Tago”).

By creating an account or using Tago you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Tago. If you are under 18, you must have consent from a parent or guardian. By using Tago you confirm you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account or allow others to access it. Notify us immediately at the contact details below if you believe your account has been compromised.

You retain ownership of content you post on Tago. By posting, you grant Savhfresh Ltd a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe any third-party rights.

We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law without prior notice.

Tago enables creators to sell products directly to buyers. Savhfresh Ltd acts as a marketplace platform, not as the seller of record unless otherwise stated. Disputes between buyers and sellers should first be resolved between the parties; we provide a dispute escalation process if required.

All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable VAT. Delivery times and shipping costs are set by individual sellers.

You agree not to: post illegal, harmful, or deceptive content; spam, harass, or impersonate other users; attempt to circumvent platform security; use automated tools to scrape or interact with the platform without permission; or list counterfeit or prohibited goods.

All Tago branding, design, and software is the property of Savhfresh Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use our marks without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Savhfresh Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Tago. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Tago after changes constitutes acceptance.
